Accessibility statement

Our benchmark is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at conformance level AA. They go beyond the Swiss standard eCH-0059 (WCAG 2.1 AA) and match the current version 4.1.1 of the European standard EN 301 549.

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. All criteria that can be tested automatically are met, and keyboard operation has been tested on every page type. Testing with screen readers is still pending; until it is complete, we do not declare the website fully conformant.

• Full keyboard operation, with a visible focus and a skip link to the main content
• Zoom to 200 % and display on narrow screens without horizontal scrolling
• Reduced motion: if it is set in your operating system, animations are switched off and videos show a still image. Playing videos can be paused at any time.
• Text alternatives for images, labelled form fields and error messages right next to the field
• Five language versions with correctly marked-up language

The video conference for a booked initial consultation takes place via Google Meet, whose accessibility is not in our hands. Anyone who cannot use Google Meet can arrange an equivalent phone call with us – a note in the message when booking is enough, or you can reach us by phone, by email or via the contact form.

Every change to the website goes through an automated check against WCAG 2.2 AA – all pages in all five languages, at desktop and mobile widths, plus a keyboard pass that checks that the focus is never hidden.
