Woop Technology is an owner-led technology company based in the canton of St. Gallen, Switzerland. We develop websites, digital platforms and custom software – from initial concept to ongoing operation.

We work as a small core team with clearly defined responsibilities. Depending on the project, we bring in additional specialists, while coordination and responsibility remain with us.

How we work

Decisions are made where the expertise lies.

Design, development and operations do not work one after another here, but directly with each other.

An interface influences the technical implementation; architecture influences maintainability and operation. That is why we coordinate design and technical decisions directly with each other and consider security, data protection and infrastructure early in the project.

We are based in Alt St. Johann in the Toggenburg region. We support companies, organisations and public institutions throughout Switzerland as well as on selected international projects.

Depending on the project, we work on site, entirely digitally or through a combination of both. Dedicated contacts, documented decisions and binding agreements ensure that responsibilities and project status remain transparent.

Operations & ongoing development

Still available after launch.

Digital systems keep changing after launch: dependencies are updated, security vulnerabilities closed and new requirements implemented. That is why we consider maintainability and operation during development.

On request, we take care of hosting, monitoring, updates and further development. We document systems, interfaces and operating processes so that a later handover to internal or external teams remains possible.
