Digital solutions from a single source.

Woop Technology is an owner-led technology company based in the canton of St. Gallen, Switzerland. We design, develop and operate digital solutions – from websites, platforms and custom software to hosting, infrastructure, data protection and security.

We work as a small core team with clearly defined responsibilities. Depending on the project, we bring in additional specialists, while coordination and responsibility remain with us.

    Marvin is responsible for system and software architecture, backend development and technical infrastructure. His focus is on stable, traceable systems that can be operated, maintained and developed further securely.

How we work

You work directly with the people who deliver your project.

How we approach each project depends on the task and on what you can contribute yourself.

As a small team, we have little overhead. There is nobody between you and the specialists who merely passes messages on. That keeps communication short, and your budget goes where it makes a difference: into concept, development and operation.

  1. One fixed point of contact

    The person responsible for your project is also your counterpart – for technical questions as well as for schedules and budget. After go-live, the person who built your solution remains your point of contact.

  2. Predictable effort on your side

    At the start, we agree on how much time you can set aside for meetings, testing and approvals. In active phases, it is usually two to four hours a week.

  3. Always up to date

    We keep you regularly informed of where things stand. Decisions, changes and agreements are logged in one central place, so everything can be traced at any time.

  4. No surprises

    If it becomes clear that the effort will increase or a deadline cannot be met, we inform you right away. Additional work always requires your approval.

Our expertise

At home in Eastern Switzerland. Working across Europe.

We are based in Alt St. Johann in the Toggenburg region. We support companies, organisations and public institutions throughout Switzerland and take on projects across Europe, particularly in Germany, Austria and Hungary.

Depending on the project, we work on site, entirely digitally or through a combination of both. Dedicated contacts, documented decisions and binding agreements ensure that responsibilities and project status remain transparent.

We run projects in German, English or Hungarian – from the first conversation through quote and contract to documentation. Your website or application is not limited to these languages: we take care of the translations. If you wish, you can provide us with your own translations.

Operations & ongoing development

Even after launch, well looked after.

Digital systems change: new requirements arise, dependencies and software are updated, and security vulnerabilities have to be closed. That is why we consider maintainability and operation during development.

We are happy to take care of hosting, monitoring, updates and further development. We document systems, interfaces and operating processes so that a later handover to internal or external teams is straightforward.
