Our philosophy

Digital solutions
only work when
every part works together.

Design decisions influence development. Architecture influences operation and extensibility. Integrations affect processes, security and data protection. That is why we consider these areas together.

The result is not isolated individual solutions, but systems whose components fit together technically and organisationally.

Why Woop Technology

A digital project needs clear responsibility.

  • Clear responsibility

You have a dedicated contact person and work directly with the people who design, develop and operate your solution.

  • The right expertise

We put together the skills each project needs. Where additional specialist knowledge is required, we bring in further experts – coordination and overall responsibility remain with us.

  • Clear project terms

Scope, costs and milestones are agreed before the project begins. Any additional work is discussed in advance and only carried out with your approval.

  • Planned for operation and further development

We consider security, data protection, maintainability and extensibility from concept and development onwards. This keeps the solution operable and extensible after launch – and ready to hand over if needed.

Our process

A clear process.
Reliable collaboration.

We guide your project from the initial assessment through to launch and, if required, beyond. You are involved whenever your expertise, decision or approval is needed.

01

Discovery call and initial assessment

In a free, no-obligation initial consultation, we clarify your current situation, goals, requirements and preferred timeframe. We can then assess which next step makes sense.

02

Analysis and project definition

We analyse target audiences, processes, content, existing systems and technical constraints, then define the scope, solution architecture, project plan and proposal.

03

Concept and design

We develop user journeys, information structure, functionality and visual design. We coordinate the key decisions with you step by step, taking existing brand guidelines and technical requirements into account.

04

Development and quality assurance

Once approved, we implement the agreed features, components and interfaces. Before launch, we test usability, functionality, security, performance and display on the intended devices, among other things.

05

Launch and continuous development

Once approved, we put the solution into operation and check the key functions again under real conditions. On request, we then take care of hosting, monitoring, security updates, backups, support and further development.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions before you start

  • Is the initial consultation free?

Yes. The initial consultation usually takes 60 minutes and is free of charge and without obligation. We discuss your current situation, goals and requirements and clarify which next step makes sense.

  • How is the price of a project calculated?

Costs are based on the agreed scope of services. Relevant factors include page types, functionality, integrations, languages, design effort, content and technical requirements.

After the initial consultation or project analysis, you receive a quotation with the defined scope of services. Depending on the project, billing can be based on a fixed price, the actual time and effort involved, or an ongoing support agreement.

  • How long does a project take?

The timeframe depends on the scope, required content, functionality, integrations and feedback cycles.

Following the initial analysis, you will receive a detailed project plan outlining the individual phases, approval stages and a realistic go-live date.
